Adding a new, smaller dimension to the existing Viper HD spotting scope range, the newly engineered Vortex Viper® HD 50mm 'scopes feature Premium HD glass lens elements with dielectric prism coatings to offer excellent image quality in a small, lightweight package.

Advanced optical elements cut chromatic abberation to give premium clarity, resolution, and colour accuracy. Fully multi-coated with XR coatings, the Viper HD spotting scopes offer excellent light transmission - perfect for finding and studying your subject in poor light. Our first hands-on look at one enabled us to compare this new model with the original Razor HD 11-33x50mm 'scope and we believe optically this one just has the edge over the orignal Razor HD...

Exterior lenses are protected by ArmorTek—an ultrahard, scratch-resistant compound that repels oil, dirt and the corrosive salts of fingerprints. They are fully multi-coated with scratch-resistant XRPlus premium coatings for extremely high resolution and optimal light transmission. The fully rubber-armoured body ensures durability and the dual focus system gives the versatility of a coarse focus wheel for quick changes of focal distance while the fine focus allows for precision adjustments, especially at higher magnifications.

The Viper HD 50 'scopes are fully waterproof, fogproof (purged with argon gas), dustproof and are covered by the Vortex Unlimited Lifetime Warranty. They have an Arca-Swiss compatible tripod mount foot making them quick and easy to attach to compatible tripods and the standard 1/4" thread allows them to be attached to most popular tripod quick release plate systems.

Accessories: The 11-33x50mm Viper HD scope comes complete with a black neoprene stay-on-scope case, eyepiece cover and objective lens cover.
